Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. provides a virtual platform to connect our agents work-at-home service professionals with companies that outsource their customer support.



Where can I work?

We offer remote opportunities to Customer Service Professionals across the U.S. Currently, we are not accepting Individuals from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland ,Massachusetts ,New York , Oregon and Wisconsin.

What tipe of internet provider can I use?

All remote agents would be using either a landline phone service or VOIP depending on the client program.

Wireless internet is not permitted on the Arise platform. All agents must be hardwired to their internet modem.

What equipment do I need?

Internet Modem (hardwired connection using an Ethernet cord from your computer to the modem) Computer/Laptop (Windows) USB Headset with microphone. Workstation Requirements Document.

What is the certification training?

Certification is held in a virtual classroom with an Instructor and other students. Typically 4 hours per day. 9a-1p or 6p-10p. Some Clients offer additional times and the training is unpaid.

It prepares the Customer Service Professionals to take customer calls, policies, systems, etc.

How many time do I have to choose a client?

Once you have joined our company you have  an opportunity to choose a Client within 30 days. If you need an extension or guidance, please feel free to contact us.

How long will it take before I can begin earning money ?

The Admissions process can be completed in as little as three to five days.

Certification courses can take between two days and several weeks to complete depending on your client. Once you join our Virtual Services Corporation and obtained the certifications,  begin earning income by servicing that client.

You can begin working from home and earning REAL money in as little as 21 days.

What does the work involve?

You will choose the client you wish to service. The work typically consists in taking inbound customer calls involving customer service. There can be an element of sales involved. Opportunities will be given to you once you have completed the Admissions process.

This opportunity will be replacing my full-time job. Is a virtual agent competitive to a full-time job?

This opportunity is very competitive. The amount of money you can earn will depend on the amount of time you want to work and your performance. In fact many of our clients offer extra incentives for good performance.
